Gulyásostor - Egy lehetséges válasz a takarmányárakra és a klímaváltozásra

A charolais fajta vonatkozásában 2009-ben került beállításra az első KSTV Gödöllőn, a Szent István Egyetem tanüzemében. Az akkor megkezdett gyakorlat hagyománnyá vált, több-kevesebb megszakítással, több helyszínen (Hódmezővásárhely, Lajosmizse) zajlottak a további gyarapodási tesztek.
