Az osztatlan közös földtulajdon már jó ideje jelent komoly akadályt a mezőgazdasági vállalkozások fejlődése előtt. Ebben a mezőgazdasági területek közel fele, 2,4 millió hektár érintett, ami 1 millió 60 ezer ingatlant jelent. Fontos lépések történtek az osztatlan közös földtulajdon felszámolására tavaly, amelynek eredményeképpen 2021-től fölszámolható lett ez a hungarikumnak számító tulajdonforma.
